National Night Out on Bates Street

Children and adults choose snacks from a table on Bates Street during National Night Out.
A table full of snacks and a chance to spend the evening together.

The Keller Depot hosted National Night Out on Bates Street on Tuesday, October 6. Kids choosing snacks. Neighbors stopping for photos. A bag of candy held up like a prize. Those little moments filled an evening of live music, local businesses and time together in Old Town Keller.

Bronson Louis provided the live music, and families visited the vendor tables and enjoyed an evening with their neighbors. Members of Keller Fire Rescue joined the gathering, too. We were glad to have a chance to thank the first responders who serve our community.

Local faces, local favorites

Getting to meet the people behind a small business is part of what makes a neighborhood event special. At Stephens Sweet Shoppe, families looked over the candy selection, and guests were happy to show off their picks for the camera.
